2 kicks, a snare and 3 toms. That's all that was on this crappy old floppy disk I found in a pile of randoms that came with my AKAI sampler.

Found a random old floppy with some samples on it, ran it through an AKAI sampler into a portable cassette recorder with some old crappy new old stock cassette tape. This is the result.
